BAKED CHEESECAKE WITH NO BAKING!!!



Things You’ll Need:
• Graham cracker pie shell
• 1/4 cup water
• a pakage of unflavoured geletin sheets
• 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 12 ounces of cream cheese-softened
• 1 tbsp of lemon juice
• 3 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
• for the topping- 1 cup of chilled heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup of sliced strawberries-again hulled and cleaned


First add water to a sauce pan. Turn heat on low to medium. Let it boil and than add gelatin. Let stand for about 10 minutes, stir occasional until gelatin dissolves .Secondly, blend cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar, and lemon juice in until it smoothes out. Add the strawberries and puree until smooth. It can be done in a blender while machine running, add warm gelatin mixture through feed tube and blend well. Then Pour filling into crust, cover it and chill overnight. Next morning run knife around pan sides releasing the cake and making it easy to transfer it to a platter. Finally Remember the chilled whipped cream take it out of the refrigerator, add a bit of sugar and whisk together until you form peaks. Top your pie with the whipped cream and than top that with the sliced strawberries for an elegant appetizing look. ENJOY
